VicoVation® products are guaranteed to have the general warranty of 12 months after purchase. The warranty is limited to the repair or comparable replacement of any merchandise proved defective in material or workmanship (except normal wear and tear).
The warranty does not apply to the appearance of the product or accessory items and does not cover damage which occurs in shipment or failure which results from alteration, accident, misuse, neglect, voltage fluctuations, lightning water damage (or other acts of God), faulty installation or adjustment of controls, interfacing with non-standard or custom equipment, or improper maintenance.
Detailed warranty policies, such as RMA procedure, in-warranty replacement, out-of-warranty process, are subject to authorized dealers from country to country. Please contact your local authorized dealers for prompt assistance whenever the product has problems.
